Hideout Festival Croatia made its spectacular debut this summer – a beachside event in a stunning and unique location.
The first-time event was a complete sell-out and made an outstanding entrance onto the summer festival scene. Reviews from attendees, artists and clubbing partners were phenomenal and within days of Hideout 2011 having ended, talk of Hideout 2012 begun.
The wheels are currently being put in motion to bring you an exceptional Hideout 2012 and it is already set to be even more phenomenal than the last.

Finally i've gotten round to putting this up...its been sitting in my inbox a while getting better and better everytime i've listened to it. Its all about the idea that Michael Martin (A.K.A Indidginus) is on at the moment....its dubstep/reggae/dub/dancehall inspired tunes, with live digeridoo bass!  I think its a really interesting concept...def some interesting noises going off here...he has an album popping off right now as well..the "Sofa Sufer" Album....

Very very cool ideas. The album itself is a very "feelgood" music, raging from reggae dub, to dancehall, to dubstep riddims; a mashup from these influences gives off a big vibe nothing but deep, heavy and large. Check out the Sofa Surfer album promo mix below as well:

As the name suggests, they won't be booking Lady Gaga... expect pioneers of the bass music scene, a plethora of local brands and DJs on hosting duty, plus a weekly art exhibition with giveaways to collect every week... and it's all free to get in! Generation Bass Presents: Moombahluv Vol. 1...

If you didn't think that moombahton was just about the quickest moving genre on the planet, then this album is, in my humble opinion, defining proof that it is here to stay. This kind of awesome diversity in such short time shows that serious talent is afoot within the producers of this genre.

"Moombaluv" shows the more subltle sounds of moombahton, 17 carefully handselected tracks which relate to the emotion of being "in luv." The lighter, not-necessarily-club-listening, long summer nights and good times. Its so nice to see a new musical style flourish like this, if anything it makes me a little wet behind the ears with the excitement of the next little variation of this sound.

At the risk of sounding cheesy..to me it's a soundtrack which brings back many happy memories of good times and warm weather! :)

In the word's of GB's own DJ Umb..Moombahluv is: "to show that it’s a genre of music, not just for the clubs, but also for listening to at home or in the car, when you’re feeling down, in luv or heartbroken and in the mood for romance."
